Department of Biobibliographical Studies
The “Materials for Scientists’ Biobibliography” series was established by the resolution of the USSR Academy of Sciences Presidium in 1940 to introduce national scientific achievements and their notable figures to the reader. This series publishes personal biobibliographical indices across all scientific disciplines, attracting interest not only from scientists but also from scientific chronologists, university students, and PhD candidates.
The series includes the following key sections: “Key personal and professional dates of a scientist”, “Overview of scientific, research, and organizational activities”, providing an objective picture of their research activity, “Chronological list of works”, and “Personal and professional life overview”, supplemented with graphics, images, and auxiliary indices.
